Active Learning

This year in active learning I think I deserve a B. I have been hard working and have only forgotten my gym strip one time. For example, during the hill run I only sat out one time. I felt like stopping but I kept pushing myself to keep going without stopping. Last year I almost never brought my gym strip and this year I only forgot it once. In some things, though, I have struggled like the community run. I kept getting a bit over half of an hour. During the 30 minute run I also didn't stop while I was running with Harjot A. Me and Harjot ran 6 laps without stopping and we never took too long on every lap. We were always under 5 minutes and 30 seconds each lap. In the beep test I improved from when I got 6.5 the first time and 7.9 the second time. I also really enjoyed the circuit which I never stopped on because I was enjoying it so much. I also did ok during the pond run. I did have to walk a little bit more than normal to catch my breathe but I think if we did it again I could do better. During this P.E year I have improved so much and have enjoyed everything during it. If I could do anything again it would definitely be either the circuit or the hill run. I loved P.E, especially during the second semester because of the new activities we were introduced to. I also think that my attendance to P.E has been well and I haven't missed many classes. I think I have also been cooperative with the class and show responsibility and good work. The barriers that have been keeping me away from a healthy lifestyle are video games and junk food. I have recently reduced the amount of time I play video games, though. I usually just play on the weekend. I think being active it keeps you extremely healthy and can be fun a lot of the time, too. It keeps you going during times like playing sports and anything which is physical. For this year in active learning I think I deserve an A or a B.
